what usually is wrong when a cell would be marked an x-blem mba
-
I think that the cg mark is off or something like that, not really a big deal i do not think, just a defect more in less
-
most x-outs are color or logo related.
Or cg/mb placements are out of range for 1st quality. These are usually marketed as pro pins or pro cgs.
Like 5"+ pins or
the pin/cg/mb location looks like this
pin
cg
...............mb
or like this
...............pin
...............CG
.....mb
Which limits the ball more to a right handed or left handed bowler.

i saw on bowlingball.com the had rotogrip strike cell x-blems on sale and was thinking about getting one??
-
If memory serves, x-blems are 1st quality balls with a color or logo problem that causes them to not pass inspection. X-comps on the other hand are both pro pin and pro cg at the same time. I have a Cell X-comp and love it. I would say its a safe buy. It might just have like some yellow mixed in or something weird...
