Title: cracked cell

i have a ? ,  my friends cell just cracked  completely out all around the fingers,he is going to nationals in a couple of weeks, can he get something with it there, for he was wanting to use it there, jeff

The easiest and fastest way to claim a warranty is to call or visit the place of original purchase. Even if the ball was purchased online, there is a good chance that the place of purchase will be able to help with the warranty process. If your friend is using finger hole inserts once he gets the replacement ball remind him that too much super glue can make the resin brittle, especially in thin areas like the bridge.
