Any chance that the RG website will be updated with videos of your newer equipment?

Thank you.

I asked Rayn if the RPS guys <in one of these recent RG threads> were going to do some of the new stuff, Cell, Illusion, Pluto....never got a response.

I think, Roger did say he was going to have some done.

I nominate Steve Richter to do some video's for RG!  For those that never have seen him bowl this guy is smooth and accurate with a nice technique.....plus an Eagle winner.  He could shoot some video on tougher lane conditions and accurately show everyone what a ball and drilling would do.  Steve's got the ability to put out varying lane conditions <runs Odyssey Lanes> and he's a pro shop operator < same place>.  bass could do the lefty part of the video.

Good idea guys???

Heck, if he wants some amateur footage of the Mystic, Horizon Solid and Neptune, I can oblige.  I'm just an average bowler but love RG equipment.

I hope I can put the Cell in my bag before the Armed Forces tourney.

If a staffer does a video with free balls, isint that just "shilling" balls Scott as you so elequantly put it to me before

Disclaimer: that last comment was meant in good fun

Whatever Roto comes up with for videos im sure they will be done in a classy professional manner, just as with the design of their new website...they have their stuff together out in Utah thats for sure...

That's fine with me Britton.  It comes out that way and is fine.  My reference on your part was that you can't or won't do a video of ball comparison's between manufacturer's that's a different story.  I wouldn't ask a manufacturer to do what you can do on your website as a private individual with his own website.

Manufacturer's and website's like Buddies are trying to sell balls.  I think of your website Britton as an individual who can show comparison's much like Joe Cerar's....maybe I am looking at it all wrong.  I think that's the difference.

My opinion that Steve would be a good representitive to do video's to put on RG's website is that he could put down tougher/flatter conditions and show with different drilling patterns how a ball would react.  Steve has the ability to do all of those facets where Buddies and yourself basically show most of your video's on house walls.

Steve is also IMO one of the best amateur bowlers in the USA so throw that into the mix.

Just a viewpoint from my wacky world.

Thats the only thing you said that i will disagree with...all my videos have been done with two shots...a big house wall and a tougher shot...especially my most recent ones where i am including actual pba patterns...not just an unknown 4:1 ratio pattern as before...this is absolutly vital in my eyes to show a "truer" reaction, im sure you agree...

But no doubt any of the Roto Staffers especially Steve could make very good videos...completly agree with you on that one

Trust me, if anyone is eager to get our videos back online it is me!

We are having some server issues here locally.  Customers had trouble reviewing some of the current videos due to our server size.  We are trying to get our IT department to move the videos to a different server.  This way we can get the videos from Ryan at RPS Bowling and have everything uploaded.  I don't want to upload them until I know everyone will be able to watch them with out any issues.

Stay tuned...
