Hey Roto-heads,

I noticed that both balls are for med-light conditions and was wondering what you'd suggest between the 2. I already have a particle pearl in the Shift (stronger than the Venus I know), but is there any reason why I shouldn't have a 2nd particle pearl for lighter conditions like the Venus or would the Saturn be a better choice? I'm really looking for a ball to fit between the Saga and Neptune. Thanks!

I'd lean towards the Venus. My reasoning is the cover on the Saturn is pretty strong AND it's a solid. Of course you can polish it but then you are down to coverstock differences. Since it's a light oil ball, and you want it to fit in between the Saga and Neptune, light load particle pearl is probably the better match. More length and the PP will also help with oil downlane.

I've always thought that the Saturn might be better for carrydown conditions given that it does have a matte surface and strong cover stock. Learn something new everyday!

Hey chuck. You're right, that's normally the case but I was talking about if both were polished. Otherwise, the Saturn would be above his Saga LOL!
