My only problem with the clear spare balls is they are usually a little too soft to be ultra reliable for the spare. My Storm soccer ball is fun & looks great, but if I hit a set of lanes with screaming backends or really dry spots, it will sometimes hook off of the line causing a miss or a chop.

Does anyone know if the spare tire will be different?

sorry Jeff,
I am a little sloooow.

Bjaardker,
I was just thinking about that also. I ahd a clear gargoyle and it hooked!

I am in the market for a new spare ball and want to get something cool looking that stands out on the rack. that certainly does!

Jeff intended no disrespect. It has been talked about a bit here, with articles starting maybe 2+ weeks ago. I know these aren't often in the current listings and you do have to go far back to see some of them. We just have to be more sensitive to how we tell people some topics have already been discussed. Even some well-intentioned replies can be misconstrued. A lot depends on how the reader feels at the moment and how he/she feels about the poster.

thanks charlest, you're right, and Omega, sorry about that, no hard feelings...no intention there at all, just kidding with you actually...

Isn't the hardness listed ? If it's not clear let me know...I'll find out for anyone who needs to know!

Putting the center of that wheel on your pap would be sweet!!

No problem Jeff we have had a converstaion or two and I knew what your were saying. I agree hub on pap!

I have mostly lurked over the last few months and I must have missed that roto thread. is it Mustang Guy from Roto Grip that reads these things?

if so, maybe we can IM him and he can get us some specs.
