Neptune question
« on: April 04, 2007, 02:22:10 AM »
I am thinking of buying a Neptune as a first ball for my wife.  She has been bowling for about 6 months in a league with me and some friends and as started showing signs of consistancy.  I was looking at the Neptune because it seems to have a good price for performance ratio....

My wife is a full roller and wants something with a little hook on the backend.  I am trying to convince her to play straight up 2nd arrow, but will need some help on the layout of the ball in order to get her a nice dive into the pocket.

Any suggestions

BTW, she will be using an 11 pound ball (she's little)

she bowls between 10 and 13 mph....keeps hand behind the ball, doesn't lift though...

she has an older columbia 300 ball that gives her just a little hook in the back end...looking for a more consistant hook for her

lanes are a light medium to bone dry (2nd shift league with 5 players per team per league
