Everything works for me also.
In lieu of an actual answer, you might take these steps and see what your results are.
1. Empty your temporary internet files
2. Increase the area of storage for your temporary internet files
3. Defragment your hard drive.
4. Re-boot
When you empty the temporary internet files, it will take a few seconds longer the first time you go to a web page because your computer has to start from scratch downloading the page and can't take the shortcut of comparing the page to the ones it has on file ( because they are gone now)
Also, if you delete your cookies when you delete your temporary internet files, none of the websites you visit will remember you until you log in again and they replace the now missing cookies. Once you have re-logged in, the sites should remember you as always, once you have gotten a new I.D. cookie from them.
