In BTM, the No Rules is rated at 57 overall where the Snap Lock is at 54. The big difference overall is going to be the motion. The Snap Lock is long and strong whereas the No Rules will read very early in the mids. The other thing is that the No Rules is a higher RG core but has a lower differential.
Both balls would complement each other well with the motions you'd get. I will tell you that having a No Rules, that ball is flat out hook in a box. It's definitely the strongest ball I've thrown to date.
