Title: Found a ball today

It says rc 5 and has a star on it. Is this really old and is it even rotogrip. Solid black in color.

It is solid rubber circa 1970s

As noted, it is about 30 years old...and it is a Roto offering, albeit a different section of the family tree.  If I remember right, the RC5 came out under the RotoStar name in an era where much of the equipment was being produced in the Columbia shop.

Roger can probably shed some other light on lineage if I missed something...
