Oh well....
I got up early christmas morning to find my RG Cell cracked on the floor of my apartement.
What a fantastic christmas present!!!

Dude, that sucks. They may not do anything, but I would contact roto and see what they say.

Non, I don't think so.
It would cost me a fortune to send it back to the states and, in the current economic situation (even taking into account how good the customer service of RG are) if they wanted to do anything about it it would be just too cost prohibitive. It sucks living in France! I'll just have to strike it up to bad luck.
I really had bad luck with that ball. My driller made a mistake and drilled the weight hole on the wrong side of the ball, so even before I rolled the thing I had a plugged hole in it (he wouldn't do anything about it, either)
I'm buying a Cell pearl to replace it and it's being drilled next monday night (the 12th of January).

my cell cracked out around the fingers , im waiting to hear back from customer service, but the scary part is the bowling alley i orderd it through just burnt to the ground sunday night,

My first Cell cracked between the fingers and they replaced it. That was back in July, I had just purchased the ball in Febuary.
