Mark Curran, 300 and the Cell Pearl
« on: January 02, 2009, 12:26:37 PM »
Tonight, 1/2/09, Mark Curran, using only his Cell Pearl, shot 300, 268, 268, 258 in our 3 man, 4 game league at Curtis Suburban Lanes in North Trenton, NJ.  He didn't miss the pocket until the 11th frame of the 4th game.
That's 40 clean frames, too.

His 1094 is 2nd to 1099, shot by the league's leading average bowler who's currently at 240.

Congrats, Mark!

Awe damn I was down in Hamilton this evening and wanted to stop by Curtis to say hi.  Now I'm pissed I didn't get the chance to.

Congrats Mark!

Nice bowling Mark!!  A couple Cell Pearls just showed up in our league in IL.  Unfortunately it's a Thursday night league, so we've been off the last couple, LOL.  But one guy shot a 700 something w/it before the holidays his 1st night throwing it.  Storm & Roto balls are top notch.

Great shooting Mr. Curran.

I gotta' admit that the Cell Pearl is selling very well here. Very strong off friction and carry seems to be top notch, too.  My son is doing well with his...

By the way, how long since you've left the Salt Lake area?

I was pretty new to bowling (I really didn't start until age 32) but we may have crossed paths since I used to bowl at the Ritz.
Back then it was a fairly nice place to bowl at. Small world. Jeff and I have become friends through this site.
