It probably is, but my reaction to that isn't a good one, I rarely found enough oil for my regular cell and that is stronger?!?

It's a different colored Cell.  Same cover, cover prep., and core.

Based off the description there, it sounds like it's a slightly-tweaked version of the original Cell coverstock.  I think Storm/Roto likes to tweak their covers over time so even though two balls may have the same cover by name, the newer one's cover is actually ever so slightly stronger.

...while I understand this fella trumped the Virtual gravity because of the foreign release first, with that intro what are the odds it's NOT international?

After I have tried the CELL, I love it. I use my dimension and perfect dimension for tournament...For normal league bowling, it will be my CELL and hybrid CELL...I will definitely get the Plasma CELL...but not too sure about the Pearl CELL though cause I am afraid of pearlized balls.

It is international. In the international market bowlers demand new releases about every month or two. So the companies do slight little tweaks to sell it as a new ball even though it is pretty much the same. This ball looks liek it has a little more pick up but it is pretty much the same ball.
Always be sincere, even when you don't mean it.

If you read the coverstock description for the Plasma Cell-This addition to the highly successful Cellâ„¢ series utilizes the performance proven characteristics of the original Cellâ„¢ with an enhanced Cytoplasmicâ„¢ coverstock. It says it's an "enhanced" Cytoplasmic, so it's a tweaked Cell coverstock, not the same coverstock! The Strike Cell is also a Hybrid coverstock the same as the Hybrid Cell and both are International releases!

funny vid really, the guy throws the cell out to the ditch at 46 ft, SUPRISE its not strong enough to recover, the other ball is breaking at 4 board 3 ft sooner and it finishes... umm yeah IT SHOULD! Stupid comparison, ball doesn't really look to do much different, but who knows.
