Uproar - info needed
« on: December 20, 2013, 06:56:16 AM »
For those of you using this ball, how is it preforming? I am currious to know how this ball compares to the Shatter? I did not have a good look with the Shatter, it seemed to be too lane specific for me. so I am looking at replacing it with the Uproar with a different lay out. I am thinking of some type of a pin down lay out.

Does anyone have any info  --- so far I have not seen any ball videos except one with Stew. I am still looking at this ball, but would like some input.

Just a matter of info, this ball is not being released for sale to the general public until January 7. So any users will be RG Staffers and testers.

One of the local pro shops does also. I don't know if RG has jumped their own World Wide Release Date or the distributors did. Whatever, I was just suggesting why the original poster may not be seeing a lot of responses to his question, except from RG staffers.

I do know that the release date is Jan 7 --- I was hoping that staffers would chime in?

I'm not sure either. I do know my driller and Hank Boomershine are close friends over 20 yrs. Hank and he started out together in my area.

I would've had one punched up yesterday but I didn't have time to wait since he was so busy and I was bowling a tourny as well as league last night.

I do however have the Rumble and I have no doubt the Uproar will be an excellent ball!

The early feedback from some of the RG staffers on the staff Facebook page is that is fairly strong off the spot compared to the Rumble. Obviously it is a pearl and shined so it should go long. With the core numbers being on the Med Rg/Med-Low Diff, this should conserve a ton of energy for the backends.
