Thanks for the help guys. I had a sub in my league and he was a
part-time touring pro. He suggested to me that the solids covers are alot
more readable than the pearl covers when the polish burns off the ball. So
should I get that Solid X then rather then the Pearl?

According to Roger at Roto Grip, the solid is a touch earlier and more versatile ball while also being a little less flippy,...not that the original Sonic was flippy so-to-speak, but it's less than the original.......

It's all up to you and what you're looking for.......
