Pro Shop Seminar
« on: September 11, 2006, 09:35:30 PM »
Hi Guys,

I have been invited to a pro shop seminar at my local centre tomorrow from 11 till 3, and its in association with Roto Grip. Any idea what I should expect to find, last one I went to was a Track one about 2 years ago.

hi ian,

i'm assuming that it's either a "pro shop day" or a "5 points to
better bowling" seminar.  roto grip in conjunction wth the pro
shop organizes and offers them.  having never hosted or been
involved in a "5 points" seminar, i can't offer any help there.
however, in conjunction with my shop and the center, i will be
hosting a "pro shop day."

general itinerary: one hour of "classroom" discussion by hank
boomershine describing the lastest roto grip balls, core design,
ball motion, cover design, etc...then each participant receives
a one half hour instruction.  if it's not either of the above,
then it could be a "regular" seminar organized for the pro shops
through the local distributor.

hope this helps.

If it's a 5 points Seminar definitely do it!  Who is going to be there from Roto Grip?  I went to the one Steve Richter ran end of August w/ Hank Boomershine and Chris Sand both of RG.  Definitely worth the time and $.
