If you're using the "Complete NV OOB" for this same condition, you should be able to use the Cell Pearl for it.
I would try the stock surface first, but given your "lots of tilt and rotation", you might have to go the 4000 grit Abralon to help burn up some of the CP's stored energy. It has more backend potential, as far as I can tell, than the CNV. I'm thinking you may have to go to 2000 grit Abralon, but try the 4000 first.
(Matter of fact, the Cell Pearl has so much backend, I wonder if it's the best ball for you for this condition. I wonder if a polished solid Celll wouldn't be better for you.)
Aside: if your tilt and rotation is that high, together with your high rev rate, you should consider some milder (not mild) balls, weaker pin posiitons, and use a bit more surface to control the backend, which must be ferocious with your rev rate.
