Interested in opinions from those who have thrown both balls and are not a card carrying member of either fan club... I've had relatively good success with the Original Inferno and the Absolute Inferno, but am looking at moving to the Horizon Solid instead of the Total Inferno.
Comparisons of the two for a low rev lefty would be appreciated.

What about Card Carrying member of both. Big B and Roto have given me the most success. I'm a low rev player as well. But a righty. I find that my Horizon Solid is great for playing the track area in med-heavy oil, and great to play inside as the lanes transition, it's just a Great ball. Also, Scroggins used the Solid on the TV show last week. Maybe somebody else can tell you about the Total because I have only thrown it about three shots.

I have found the Total Inferno to be somewhat earlier than the Horizon. The Horizon, even though it is a solid really retains energy well causing it to have a bigger move in the back part part of the lane. The Total is smoother and works better on heavier volumes. How you throw it is going to play a part in ehich ball would be better also, weather you more speed dominate or rev dominate and also how much tilt you create. With the ones I have drilled for my customers the higher rev rates have liked the Horizon better while players that like to go straighter seem to like the Total better. Hope this helps ya out
