How are the sonic Xs for light oil?

Well i need to pick up a light oil ball and i am looking at the sonic Xs. Which one do you suggest?

I just picked up a Sonic X Pearl, and in my humble opinion, you will not find a better ball for the lighter side of mediums and even into lighter oil.  Though these are not DRY lane balls by any means, they're both very clean through the heads and not too violent off the dry boards.  Either one would be an excellent pick-up, but I can't say too much about the Solid as i've only thrown the Pearl

The Sonics can be sneaky strong, yes,....since I don't see "drier" stuff too often, I have my Solid, box, at 4x4, no hole.

Find a Solid or Pearl and drill it "fairly strong" ...remember, w/ a diff of only .020, you're not going to get these to JUMP too much, however, like  I said, if there's enough dry, she'll jerk plenty....
