How does one return the Super Sonic to OOB
« on: March 07, 2005, 02:02:32 PM »
Out of curiosity I took 1500 grit sandpaper to my Super Sonic the other night and was dumbfounded as to how much stronger it got.

I'd like the original surface. or something close to it back.  My question is, what polish should I use to get it as close to factory with a spinner as possible?

Leave the surface at 1000 grit; then take some Storm Xtra Shine; add a dollop to some clean terry cloth and polish it until it matches (remember what you saw!!) the original surface. It's not hard; be careful and judicious. If you can't recall what it looked like, borrow a new one or an Ultra SOnic or a SOnic Boom.

Thank you good sir...   I'd imagine you meant to say 1500.
