I do have the Nomad Dagger but not the Infinite Theory. As for the Dagger, it works really well on medium oil and love it for that purpose. Whenever I have encountered a little more volume, it can be a little over/under. That is why I'm looking at another ball to fill the gap between my VG Nano and the Dagger (either the Anarchy, Mutant Cell Pearl, Infinite Theory or Bank Pearl).
Now, I haven't thrown the Infinite Theory but know it is a very good ball. Technically speaking, it is the better choice for heavier volume since you do have a stronger asymmetrical core. Roto Grip on their website reaction chart shows the Infiinite Theory reacting in the midlane a little sooner and having a much bigger backend than the Dagger.
I think it will just come down to what will match up for you best. If it was me choosing between the Dagger and Infinite for medium-heavy, I'd go with the Infinite. If you are open to alternatives, you might also consider the Nomad Solid or the Mutant Cell Pearl. The Nomad Solid would give you more backend than the Dagger because of the different cover obviously. The Rotary Core is flat out awesome and carries very well. It also takes surface changes very well. The Mutant Cell Pearl would be a a few boards stronger than the Nomad but a few boards weaker than the Infinite.
My arsenal
Heavy Oil: Storm Virtual Gravity Nano: 4000 AB
Medium-Heavy Oil: Still to be determined
Medium Oil: Roto Grip Nomad Dagger: 1500 polished
Medium-Light Oil: Roto Grip Rising Star: 1500 polished
