Layout: 4 1/2 x 4 1/4 x 3 (60 x 4 1/2 x 40)
Surface: Reacta Gloss

The new Hustle M&M brings back the Hustle Core and VTC Pearl coverstock found in the Hustle Wine.  The new color scheme makes it really stand out going down the lane on the shelf.  While testing on a typical house pattern, I saw pretty easy length and angular backend that was great for the lower oil condition.  When comparing this to the Hustle RIP, I saw a few more feet of length and more angular backend by about 2-3 boards overall.  This ball had faster response than the Hustle RIP due to the pearl coverstock.  I think the best use for this ball would be broken down house conditions or lower volume sport patterns where you need more length and an angular motion.  If you had a Hustle Camo and need more angularity, this is the ball for you.  If you liked the Hustle Wine, this can be a nice replacement.  To me compared to the hustle wine, I saw slightly more midlane roll with the M&M but don't think it would be ideal to have both balls unless they have different drillings.  As with any pearl ball, you can remove the reacta gloss for extra traction and smoother ball motion.

Roto Grip Hustle M-M

Ball Specs: Hustle Core with VTC Pearl Reactive cover and finished with Reacta Gloss

Layout Specs: 50 x 4 x 70 tested on THS with slight bit of out of bounds towards the gutters and Pro Lane panels

My insight: Mine out of the box reminded me of a really cool lava lamp I had back in my early childhood, the midnight blue and magenta is liquidly smooth. On the lanes, using a layout similar to my Hustle Wine, I see a little stronger and earlier movement then the Wine, where the Wine tends to skid a little bit more in the front and heavier part of the pattern, the M-M picked up a smidge earlier, but did not give up any strength in the backend. Compared to the Hustle RIP, I was using the same tracer board downlane and four boards left on the approach as a starting point, and a gentle reminder: I am left handed, so keep that in mind. If you go to my facebook page, you can watch a down lane video of the M-M and the RIP to see how much quicker the RIP makes a direction change. The sheer smoothness of the Hustle M-M is amazing for the line of balls it fits into. Once again, Roto Grip has outdone themselves again with the new Hustle M-M! To me it means MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM, more strikes!

The Hustle M&M is the ball I go to when the heads start to fry up.  This ball goes a mile down the lane and then just unloads on the pins.  This ball is great if you’re looking for something that will not read early but still make the turn down lane.  I find this ball is great for me in game 3 of a 5-person league.  A great value and color scheme make it a fantastic choice for beginners looking to learn to hook the ball as well.

The new HP1 releases from Roto Grip expand the Hustle line to include a new Pearl and Solid option. The Hustle M & M uses the successful Hustle core with a pearl version of the VTC coverstock to give you the cleanest offering in the line.
 
I tested the Hustle M & M on our long heavy house pattern. I had to be right up against the friction on a fresh lane. It didn't provide much miss room as our high ratio house shot would cause my misses to the right to jump. The M & M is very clean and very controllable down-lane and my best use for it has been on the super burn. It's handy because it's condition I see pretty often in our area and I wish I'd been able to add it to the arsenal before our city and state tournaments where I always fight the excessive friction.

This ball is a great piece for any one who faces alot of friction, particularly in the front of the lane. It's also great for speed challenged bowlers, and I can see it being a great seller in the shop for my senior customers.

Review
The Roto Grip iconic hustle line has two winners The Hustle RIP and Hustle M-M.
The Hustle M-M is the cleaner version of the two balls, which features the iconic Hustle Core wrapped in the VTC pearl reactive cover. I tested this ball on a 44 feet typical house pattern. As a medium to low rev player, I see this ball being great on light and/dry oil patterns. I was able to play in the track area and down and in up the five board. This ball stands up in the midlane with a strong finish on the backend. My ball is drilled with the pin over the ring finger. Review:
There is NO reason to not love this line of bowling balls. They cater to literally every bowler in the world, regardless of skill level and is priced so reasonably that its worth its weight in gold. For the seasoned veterans you can expect an extremely versatile lower end pearl, something to keep transition to late in a block if you are needing to move right (even if the conditions are drying up). For the novice bowler you can expect great value in your purchase, getting a great piece of equipment for pennies over an entry level reactive bowling ball. The color options also appeal to novice bowlers who may care more about color than performance. The trusted Hustle core is in many bowling record books for a reason, it’s just that good.

Review:
The Hustle line continues to pump out quality equipment at an affordable price. What’s not to love about that?! This ball is a must have for all levels of bowlers. For those who bowl tournaments you can bring this ball out when the lanes begin to get a little more friction to them. While on the flip side this is a great starter ball for new bowlers who aren’t ready to commit to that $250 ball just yet. Hey everyone, I'm back with another ball review, and this time it's for the Roto Grip Hustle M-M Pearl In 15 pounds this ball is wrapped in the VTC (Versatile Traction Control) Pearl Coverstock and comes with Reacta Gloss with an RG of 2.53, Diff of .030. Depending on the Hustle M-M’s surface, bowlers can use this on low-to-medium oil conditions. There are not many balls that can cover a variety of conditions, especially at an entry-level price point.
