I need you guys to do some clicking.....
« on: September 24, 2007, 03:08:15 PM »
Go to the Roto Grip web site and click on the balls and stuff.  Open up the Crazy 8 pdf's.  Right click on some of the ball pictures.  Let me know if this stuff does anything to your computer/browser.

Right clicking on the pictures locks up my computer when using Mozilla Firefox.  Trying to open the Epic Saga PDF Crazy 8 locks up my Internet Explorer.

Any help would be nice??  I'm not a computer/internet guru.

Thanks

Same here, opening up the Saga PDF Crazy 8. IE 7.0.5730.11

try refreshing your internet temp file buffers/cache, as an initial step.

Mike,

  Everything works for me also.

In lieu of an actual answer, you might take these steps and see what your results are.

1. Empty your temporary internet files
2. Increase the area of storage for your temporary internet files
3. Defragment your hard drive.
4. Re-boot

When you empty the temporary internet files, it will take a few seconds longer the first time you go to a web page because your computer has to start from scratch downloading the page and can't take the shortcut of comparing the page to the ones it has on file ( because they are gone now)

Also, if you delete your cookies when you delete your temporary internet files, none of the websites you visit will remember you until you log in again and they replace the now missing cookies.  Once you have re-logged in, the sites should remember you as always, once you have gotten a new I.D. cookie from them.

I did all of those things, and downloaded a newer version of Firefox and installed that.  I went through my hard drive and found some OLD stuff from like 6-7 years ago and trashed all that.  I will say everything is running faster now, I really like that.  But, just 10 minutes ago, I tried to right click on the Roto Grip 2 Ball roller and everything locked up again.  Shut down to Firefox, and had to reboot computer to get Firefox going again.

I appreciate all the help from youse guys.  I am NOT a computer Guru.  All my Guru buddies are back in Houston.

thanks again!
