A guy on my team has both and from what I have observed the Fused is little earlier and stronger on back end.  Intense is longer and more angular, since it is a pearl and Fused is a hybrid.

I too was considering both. Ended up with the Fused. Glad I did. Carry is great on this ball. I have seen other people on my league throw the Intense with some success. I got my Fused drilled Friday so tonight will be my first league outing with it. I am more excited than I have been in a while for a new ball after throwing this last Friday in open play. I had a Snaplock(same cover as intense) drilled 50 x4 x75 and my Fused is 70 x4x75, both pin under. The Fused to me seemed much more continuous. Hope this helps.
