I want to get my wife a new ball.  She is using a 13lb. older Columbia Scout Reactive, and is unhappy with the hit she gets and the lack of strikes on what appears to be good pocket shots, though her lack of speed has something to do with that.  She throws about 10.5mph-11.5mph, low-medium revs using a wrist brace, and averages 154 at our league house on synthetic lanes, light to medium oil.  She prefers to throw either a down & in shot or a small swing.  Based on all of the good things I've heard about Roto Grip, I was thinking SSPearl in 12lbs. (to help with ball speed) might be the way to go.  Will this be a good choice, and how would you drill it?  Any other balls that would be better for her?  Thanks.
