Hello every one. Some of you are familiar with my post from last month about my search for a Silver Streak Roto Grip Rs Red/Black 11 lbs ball. My boyfriend passed away from Pancreatic Cancer and his daughter put my ball in his casket with out my knowledge. I posted on here to get help to find this ball that hasn't been manufactured in a number of years.
Well I have an up-date....
I have the the most incredible news. I emailed every name I could find at Roto Grip and Storm, maybe 20 people, and Roger from Roto Grip also. And one day I get a phone call from Max from the R& D department. He saw my email and called me to tell me he was making that ball for me and he wanted to know if I would like any special inscription on it, like in loving memory of my boyfriend. At that moment my eyes filled with tears.
I picked up my ball yesterday, Aug 10, from the Precision Pro Shop in Garden City Bowl, Paul Meyer (owner)drilled the ball for me. This is where the original ball was purchased for me by my boyfriend back in Dec 08.
So to every one at Storm/RotoGrip, Roger and Max, I send out such thanks and appreciation from the bottom of my heart, and I just want to let every one know just what kind of company Storm/Roto Grip is. They are a very special company. To take the time and get so personally involved for me, there are no words that I can ever say enough thanks. They gave me back a piece of my heart.
