Magic Gem - layout questions

What will be the difference with this ball - pin up vs pin down?  I know this will depend on allot of things, but in general will it be smoother pin down and more aggressive pin up? let's here it.

What will the pin to pap be? What is your rev rate and ball speed? For most if the pin to pap is the same on both the difference will not be noticeable.
