Any new asymmertic balls coming.

Does anyone know if Roto Grip will run the Cell line of balls for another season? Is there any hope for a different line of asymmetric balls from them soon?

I’m in the minority but the Epic line matched up to my shot better. Most of the Epic line was great at the 14 pounds. The Odyssey, Battle and the Saga made for a great arsenal by themselves. I bought a Cell and a Cell pearl but just did not match up well. Even with all of the adjustments my pro shop guy could come up with. Per his suggestion I got into a Track Kinetic and a 505C and doing well with both pieces.
Just wondering what may be next for asymmetric for this company.

The Cells are very good - that said I was hoping to see the asymmetrical CAM core from the Roto Grip overseas Royal line released in the US.

The new Mutant has a modified core that delivers a different look than the old one. Maybe that would be enough for you? Sounds like the new Nucleus II is going to be the new core for a while.

I completely agree with that. We have some of the Realms in my shop, it is a amazing rolling ball.

Do not want to sound ignorant but I just do not know. Is it legal to shoot international releases in USBC sanctioned leagues and tournaments?
Also why would any company not put out all of their stuff in all countries where people bowl?

You are not ignorant.  This question comes up a lot.

All Roto Grip balls are submitted for USBC approval.

It is perfectly acceptable to use Roto Grip International releases in USBC sanctioned competition.

Why, has been covered many times on this site but the short answer is that the distribution, sales and marketing cycles in other parts of the world work at a different pace than they do here in the US.

For those few International balls that stay in the US...Roto Grip has you covered.

I would expect the next asym. from Roto Grip to be a pearl version of the Mutant Cell.  Even though they haven't explictly stated it the Mutant has basically replaced the Cell and a pearl version can't be that far away.
