Mutant @ 4000?
« on: December 12, 2009, 05:44:45 AM »
Hi guys.

I have a mutant waiting to get punched up, to complement my cell pearl.

Lately I haven''t encountered too much oil so I was thinking of a surface change because the 2000 abralon will propably be too early for medium patterns.

Has anyone tried the mutant @4000 abralon for some medium patterns?
I''m hoping for some added length with a bit more angularity in the backends, so I get a similar reaction to my cell pearl just a little earlier

I''d love to hear some comments.

I have noticed that putting the Mutant to 4000, it seems to create a "lull" on the mid part of the lane. I would put it a 2000 and maybe let it sheen up a little, just wipe it down with a micro fiber towel for about 14 games. It been proven once you change a ball's surface, it takes about 14 games to get a true reading on the ball. best of Luck to you.
