It is a measure how strong the core's mass bias is. Ball is placed on y De-Terminator device, PSA at 60° from vertical axis, and the time is measured how long it takes the core to migrate from this instable position towards its stable end roll axis. The quicker the stronger, RG asym. differential is another corresponding number that indicates the mass bias strength.
