Horizon Pearl

Is there a ball on the current Roto Grip line-up that mirrors the horizon pearl. I have one that I really like to use, but its cracking really bad. Thanks in advance!

The Illusion and Grand Illusion have the Helios weight block, but the RG is modified to be more in the med/low range which might make it lope a pinch longer. GI/I is 2.52, Horizon was 2.48. Very slight difference in numbers.

Second Dimension is closer to the RG/Diff numbers if you are trying to get dead on.

I don't believe there is anything in the current line that mirrors the Horizon Pearl (one of my favorite balls).  The Helios core matched to the cover was an excellent combo.  The Grand Illusion is too smooth and the Illusion didn't read as well to me.

For me, the Nomad Pearl has filled that void but with an overall stronger ball motion.  Even though it has a higher RG, the stronger cover of the Nomad makes it really very well.

I have to agree. The horizon was my favorite ball but the nomad has filled the void impressively. A little bit stronger but still very controllable excellent entry angle very little corners!

Approach the game with no preset agendas and you'll probably come away surprised at your overall efforts.

Nomad Pearl would be the closest that I have found. I look almost everyday for a Horizon Pearl for sale. But the Nomad Pearl is starting to be a favorite for me on Cheetah and lighter and shorter house patterns. Check out my review for the Nomad Pearl and you will get a better idea. Thanks and good luck..
