Epic Battle drilling for a high tracker
« on: July 20, 2007, 09:31:44 AM »
Any recommendations? I was thinking drilling the pin on the ring finger and the mb on my val since going pin under the ring finger probably isn't a good idea.  and maybe a weight hole in the thumb quadrant.

If you have low tilt and medium to higher speed i would advise against the mb on the val unless you want roll only, if you want more backend with low tilt bring the mb back towards the thumb for much stronger reaction.

According to our Qubica systems its 14-15 I guess at the pins. As far as rev rate, judging from the videos they have on the roto grip website I would say around 250-275. I would say about 45 degrees side roll.  The ball has a 3 inch pin 2.88 oz tw.

hmmm.. im planning to get a saga in a month or 2 and my rsp is being replaced with a mystic by the bowling alley. (kinda sad, loved the RSP) I dont know if that will change anything about laying this ball out but i just thought i'd mention it.

I am also a high track player, I have my battle drilled with pin over ring and MB about 3" right of thumb. Nice strong reaction..... I would either put pin next to or above finger and MB in strong position....
