Scream #'s look pretty close, core is close as well. Needs for this is "old-burnt" Guardian covered wood lanes, 2nd shift. Really the only ball I get a good "look" with in this scratch league. Ball speed of around 15-16mph so I need lots of length as I can't loft it far enough or throw it hard enough to clear "fried" heads with my roll. Taboo spare is my next ball down and it won't "face up" to the pocket on the carry down. Tried urethane but they "check-set" real early.   Neptune is 15#, pin under ring, stacked cg, no hole. Thx

Scream may be a bit jumpy on the back, I'd go Shout but thats just me. Be mindful that the scream and shout are a bit stronger than people think. 

I'm using both on and off, but I sanded the Shout to 4000. I think my Scream is less flippy than a teammate's Neptune USED to be. I hadn't seen him in 3 years, but it had a huge backend then. My Scream is pretty controllable, but I use a 5.5" pin-PAP and larger VAL angle, about 45 degrees. If you used a 3.5" pin and a smaller VAL angle (maybe 30 degrees) I imagine it could get quite close to a Neptune, but iw ould depend a lot on the bowler's release.

The Scream is probably the closest ball RG has to the old Neptune..

Not nearly as strong as a Neptune or a Scream.

I'm thinking a Scream with similar layout (maybe pin under ring and Cg out a bit to create more down lane) to what I have in the Neptune (stacked Pin-Cg under ring) and adjust cover to suit.

Jesse, I'd love to have a couple more Neptunes to drill up if I had the opportunity.. Can't seem to find anymore.
