Roger N.
I currently am looking at purchasing a new RG ball. I loved my RS-1. I also own a venus. Most of the shots I throw on are typical league shots. Light to med oil and sort of short. I am looking to replace the RS-1 with a new pearl reactive. What ball is closest to the RS-1 in the current lineup of RG balls?

I would take a look at the horizon pearl, or maybe the mystic, those two balls would be farely close to the rs-1, but it still depends on how you drill it. Or you could try to find another rs-1, I have seen a few on ebay at times, you could also ask around if you haven't yet. Or better yet, you could take a look at the new roto grip illusion, that would be a similar ball.

Wait for Roger, but I bet he says the Illusion.
For a bowling friend, the RS-1 was a monster, much like the current Illusion.

The closest comparison would be the Horizon becuase the RG numbers are closer. I think the Illusion being available is the best match up.
