never been so impressed before

Not by a ball or a bowler on the lane ,but by a professional and his interest in my plight. Out of his obviously busy schedule he took a personal interest for what ever reason . In my few years of bowling and all my rants about this ball or that, this is the first time a company's rep took time to even contact me about what i was saying. even if nothing comes out of it i am truly impressed with this person and his representation of roto. I believe this is what customer service is about. I just want to say thank you I really appreciate you whether you make a difference in how i feel about this ball or not i definetly have a higher opinion of roto  because of you and i hold you in the highest of esteem. I thank you again sir for going above and beyond.

I'm sure your contact was Rodger .. seems like he's liked by a number of bowlers!

I'm happy to say that I'm not surprised.  Roto Grip's staff is outstanding for customer service...I've never seen any other company with that level of consideration for the bowler before.  I've bought all of my equipment from Roto since the Silver Streak came out...about 25 balls I believe.  Only 1 have I had an issue with and Roger(and staff) took care of me straight away.  Roto has always been "above and beyond" for me and I know there are many on this forum who share my opinion.

That being said, I'm really happy that they are getting the attention they are with the Cell.  Whether or not it works well for myself or you, it is something that is going to give this company the attention they deserve by a lot of new folks in the bowling community.  And, based on your post I think something we both can agree on - it couldn't have happened to a nicer company in the bowling industry.

Thanks for the compliment.  After our production meeting I had some feedback from Hank Boomershine and Dave Symes our president.  We had a similar problem with a customer at a pro shop in Dayton, OH.  He took the ball back into the pro shop and the operator hit it with 800 scotch brite and the guy has been bowling really well with the ball ever since.  

So, try that first and then let me know if you had any better luck with it.
