Not by a ball or a bowler on the lane ,but by a professional and his interest in my plight. Out of his obviously busy schedule he took a personal interest for what ever reason . In my few years of bowling and all my rants about this ball or that, this is the first time a company's rep took time to even contact me about what i was saying. even if nothing comes out of it i am truly impressed with this person and his representation of roto. I believe this is what customer service is about. I just want to say thank you I really appreciate you whether you make a difference in how i feel about this ball or not i definetly have a higher opinion of roto because of you and i hold you in the highest of esteem. I thank you again sir for going above and beyond.
