If I recall, Storm/Roto do quarterly releases so the next set of releases will be in about 3 months.  No guarantees of a Hyper Cell Pearl, but I wouldn't doubt it.

I dont see a new cell coming. I think we'll see a new core during the summer months just in time for fall/winter leagues
