When using the Saturn in ot of box condition when it starts to get shinny what do you need to do sand it to 800?

You can also try a light grey Scotch-Brite nylon pad with Track's Clean and Dull to remove the oil-embedded shine. That might work better than a plain 800 grit sandpaper.

I second the motion above, grey scotch brite pad with clean and dull to pull out oil.
