Mutant Cell WOW! part 2

Last night was a success with shinning up my 5x3 Mutant Cell. The backends wern't there like usual on the lanes. So I slowed my speed down, and shot 259 out of the gate.After that I tested a few things out with the Mutant Cell and rounded the evenning off with a 690. All 200's. The backend on this ball is out of this world. I bowl tonight at Chop's, where there have been really good backends. I can't wait to throw it tonight!
I'll let you know how it went!

How much different is the Mutant from the Rogue?

Count me in as one of those inquiring minds.  I need a heavy oil ball and I was about to buy the original Cell when I heard about the Mutant.  Throwing a Rogue, Cell Pearl, and Mars.

Watched a speed dominant member of my team throw the Mutant Cell (pin just right of ring, cg 1-2" right of thumb) on Sunday during our travel league.  It rolled very smooth and as long as he did not pull it, he was just throwing pins everywhere.  Flush or light, he carried.  His only non strikes were the aforementioned pulls.  Even then, he left easy left side spares and went 30 clean.  He shot 748 with a low of 248 playing a mild swing of about 12 to 8.  Now i cannot wait for mine.  It left CT last thursday is on a UPS truck somewhere in the middle of the US .

The Mutant is a solid resin, the replacement for the original Cell, with a stronger coverstock and a slightly modified core.

The Rogue is a solid/pearl combination, as such, it is flippier than the Cell and less flippy than the Cell Pearl. It has, as far as I know, the same core as the Cell and the Cell Pearl.
