Nomads - Actual Pictures inside!

Solid - http://i536.photobucket.com/albums/ff328/videoballreviews/Nomads/nomadsolidlayout.jpg

Pearl - http://i536.photobucket.com/albums/ff328/videoballreviews/Nomads/nomadpearllayout.jpg

I only have about 2 games on each ball, but these things roll very well.  The solid let me play all parts of the lane with a very strong backend motion and continuation, similar look to a Grand illusion but more overall hook and a more defined move or "pop" off the back of the pattern.  The pearl gave me a similar look to the solid, but it allowed me to get into the dry a little more, while still retaining a ton of energy downlane.

These are excellent upgrades to the illusion line.  The closest thing i can compare them to is the rapid fires from Storm but with more continuation and more overall hook.  All of you who have been wishing and hoping for the Rotary core to come back are gonna be very happy with these pieces.  This cover and core match up very well.

Videos should be up soon!

This is just a guess, but I would say the Nomads should be a good cover/core match. The Fast should have a slightly weaker motor based on the numbers.

Usually when there is a weaker motor, the player has to supply the "torque" to make it hit. IE. Stronger hand players should see the Fast as longer and slower off the spot compared to the Nomads.

I would think the numbers on the Nomad indicate it should roll very nicely. I am hoping it is very much like the Brunswick Wizards that came out 2-3 years ago. Those were very versatile for my game and I drilled several of those with different layout/surface combos and liked everyone of them.

Hey I am looking for some stronger equipment and I was intrested in the Nomad both of them.  My question how do they compare to virtual energy I defently want the solid just not sure between pearl or the virtual enegy.  I really like the motion of my mars and I already have a dimension 2.  So what would you recommend. Cant wait to see some videos.

Malott was throwing the Nomad Pearl at the Geico Team Shootout and it looks wicked. If you type it up on YouTube you can watch the matches on there.
