Picked up the Cell last week and had it drilled pin right of ring, and just slightly higher than even with the ring finger, 4" from PAP, MB 2-1/2" right of thumb, 3-1/2" from PAP. Weight hole was drilled to bring it back to static legal, although I don't remember the size or depth right now. Will edit tonight. I have left the cover in OOB condition.
Threw two games with it yesterday on a leftover day shot. I have no idea how much traffic was on the pair that I was on, but I warmed up throwing my Horizon Solid (pin in bridge, 4-1/2" from PAP , CG 4" from PAP, 2000 Abralon) and was throwing 15 at the arrows out to a breakpoint of 7-8. Ball had a hard time turning the corner and left 2-4-5's and buckets. Picked up the Cell on the same line and strung 7 in a row, 4 pin and spared, off the sheet for a 279 out of the box. Threw a few out to the 5 board at the breakpoint and the Cell had no problem turning the corner. Second game was 257. Threw some more practice shots afterwards and left two 10 pins when I tried to bump into the 4th arrow. As others have mentioned, this ball is not designed to cover a lot of boards.
After 2 games with the Cell, I'm impressed. It is too early to give a formal review, but this ball so far is living up to the hype for me. I will throw it in league on Friday on a fresh shot to see how it does. The ball rolls very smooth and delivers a very solid hit.
I'll update later, but so far I must say great job Roto-Grip!
