If those are the only balls to which you're comparing the Pluto, it should be cleaner through the heads than either. If you're a treu tweener, as your profile says, you should have enough revs to make use of the Pluto and have it finish properly.
This true only if the lanes are "a little burnt out", that is, the medium-heavy oil is getting depleted and you are now into the "medium" oil range. If it is actually more depleted that that, you may need to add a light polish to the Pluto because you really needed a pearl or a polsihed solid, not a matte finish solid. The Pluto is 2000 grit Abralon, which is 1000 grit US scale.
In general, it is for medium oil or lighter. Both of those other balls are for heavier than that, for the average ball speed/average rev rate bowler.
