......does NOT come close to its intended reactions on their given lane conditions.  Balls I've thrown are silver streak solid and pearl, global assault, assault pearl, sonic x and retro blue.

Everyone knows what I think of the SSP and the Retro blue, but recently I threw 3 sonics all drilled differently and on med-dry it does not get an 8 for length and a 6 for backend like the web site says.  Its actually more aggressive than many of my other balls.  Will roll up early and hard on med-dry.  On this condition I give it 3 for length and an 8 for backend.

I like Roto stuff but I am in the dark if I were to guess what their reactions would be prior to throwing them.  The ball that has been closest to what they rate is the Assault Pearl but other than that all the other have been way off.  Good or bad?  I dunno.  They are good balls so maybe they are just "misstated."

Ok Pchee2, if you have to read things 3.62 times for them to sink in, read my post about the Threat and the SSP for the 0.62th time so it sinks in..  I thought I described the SSP and being more angular, I had to move left for the SSP after throwing the Threat.  Did I not explain myself well?  But I don't think the SSP was earlier then the Threat.  The Threat wsa more arcy then the SSP as I expected.  I also explained that I sanded the polish of the Blue Retro pearl and that is why I believe the Retro Blue Pearl wasn't as angular.  With all that said and watching Pche2 throw a ball and then watch me throw the ball, there is no comparison.  I don't have half of Pchee2's revs which would make a strong back end ball stand out much more then the measely 300 revs or so that I put on the ball.

You're right Nicanor.  That's twice recently that I've had a brain fart.  33 is deeper than 32.  I saw that you said "move one board right" and didn't look at the numbers.

Sorry Strider.  I did say right when I meant left.  I changed the post to reflect left.

2509 views and still counting.

Tomorrow I'll bring in the Sonic X and compare it to the Beast LTD, XXXL, Illusion and the Groove urethane.

Nicanor, pleaese do not with a capital NOT include me with some village idiot named Clump. That's insulting. I could never understand a word that Clump the hillbilly wrote. But I do agree that I should be compensated for all this publicity and advertisement. If you were to compensate me what would you give?  And it only takes me 1.62 times before it sinks in.  I am much smarter than the average bear.

How did you find out that Presto is really Roger?

Pchee2,

Clump did for Lane 1 what you are doing for Roto Grip. So I think that RG should offer you a part time job as there Patent lawyer.  You could start with applying for a patent for the RG Ball Chart and then the RG ball reaction. Their dry lane bowling balls out hooks most other company's hookers (bowling balls)

I am not presto, so why don't you go ask him who he is.  Better yet why don't you go ask Scott who he is, because he ISN'T me.

Thanks,

Nicanor what happened to your post?  Its gone did you change it?

Ruffneck I did offer Roger some of my stragglers and left over SPL's and CPL's.  Some of them even bowl!

I still think that presto is Roger.  I get a lot of messages from presto and he seems to be prying into this situation a little too much, kinda like he has some sort of angle on it.  I do give kudos to Roger for pulling off a stunt like that because he tricked me and its not that easy to pull the fuzz over my peach.

I'm glad Presto, I mean Roger, decided not to lock this topic. Both Pchee2 and roger have a lot to give to this subject.  Pchee2's knowledge of the game as a whole and Presto's knowledge of Roto Grip bowling equipment. I still think Roger, no I mean Presto, no Roger (now I'm confused) should hire Pchee2.  The two minds together could come with both great bowling balls and selling stratagies while submitting patents and making/saving a lot of money.

Pchee2,

I forgot to answer about the post that wsa deleted.  It must have been Scott or Leftside who deleted my post.  Thats why I tamed it down a little this time.

Nicanor, that wouldn't surprise me one bit especially with leftside.  Maybe presto, I mean Roger, told leftside on us.    It also wouldn't surprise me one bit if Roger, I mean Presto, did something like that because in an earlier reply he alluded to having this post shut down.   Well this post is reaching 3000 views, which is the most in Roto history.  Furthermore its the most replies per topic in Roto history.   I kinda like this post.  Its a lot more fun than those other posts like, "Hey Mustang Guy, I mean Roger, I mean Presto, what color is the new ball going to be?"

By the way, how do you like the Threat?  I threw mine again tonight at Castro Valley and destroyed those poor pins.  You should have seen some of those messengers.  I think they would have ended up half way to San Diego if those side boards weren't there.

Alright guys....let's put an end to this.

Roger stated that he would look into changing the charts.  I do not see why this topic needs to continue.  It is turning into a bashing contest and it STOPS HERE.

If you want to state your opinion, then do so.  There is no need to shove opinions down others throats.
