It's probably cuz of the year they were made. All of those 2008-2010 balls have got to have super covers...yeah there were a few duds like the solid dimension...

But yeah there are multiple guys out this way who feel the same. 

If we go could go back I'd buying a bunch of that product line!!!

They keep making one of my favorite balls. (Black Ops is the nut)

I'm in love with my Night Hawk. Have one sitting NIB and will score a couple more. Same way with the Ops and I have a feeling I am going to pick up at least one more Dream On with a lot of surface and more aggressive drilling.

I never had a nomad, but I can relate. Every now and then you get that ball that you will NEVER get rid of because it still works. The only ball that i have in that category is my Rising Star. It seems like when I am lost, most of the time I can pull this ball out and shoot a good game. Hopefully these pieces will last, because even if their is a remake, it's still not the same ball.

I still throw a 2d, theory, critical theory, prodigy...etc!

RG just came out with a remake of the Critical Theory. I always wanted one of those so I'll probably be picking one up. I have a Theory and Infinite Theory and love both of those.

Agreed, the Nomad is just a benchmark piece that you can use practically on anything and feel comfortable with. I love taking mine to tournaments. I also have a Night Hawk that I love, which can be a benchmark ball as well. My teammate uses his Night Hawk religiously. So much so that he gave me his first generation Hawk, and I've been tearing up the lanes with that!

The Messenger, much like the Nomad has always been a "get-out-of trouble" ball for me as well. Funny how some pieces just fit you and you can never put them down.

I still have my Critical Theory and the Nomad Dagger.  Even though I just got rid of a lot of older stuff (donated to my PSO to be used in 2 high school bowling programs), there was no way I could get rid of those 2 balls.  The Dagger works well when I want something slightly weaker and smoother than the Sigma Sting and of course the Critical Theory is great when I need something more angular on the flood.

The Rising Star is a ball I wish I didn't sell.  That ball is special and loved what it would do on lower volume.
