Ok so IMO there are 4 rotos that would be "relatively" close, but storm & Roto of does do a great job making complete lineups.
The rogue cell (its Assym, but all balls are with holes in em) has the same type of solid/solid/pearl cover like the Modern Marvel.
If u were to change the cover of the infinite to 4000 no polish, I'm sure it would react similarly as the modern marvel. This cover is pearl/solid/pearl.
That being said, the critical is a all pearl with out any polish.
Also lastly a nomad dagger taken to 4000 without polish should be a weaker step down but I'd guess flippier version.
I believe the critical is rotos actual intended ball to fit this reaction, as their pros get to use both product lines on tv, they don't need to make the same ball for each brand. I love the rogue cell (still on bowlingball.com for 120 I believe) and the infinite is even better (mine got even better after surface changes....like 844 better, so your signature is irrelevant to me as well). Sure the modern has 2 parts solid, the critical should give you way more downlane reaction to make up for it.
Don't throw strikes, throw BOLTS!
