I have a rogue cell that was at factory 4000. It had only 9 games on it. I went to a regional and adjusted the surface to 2000. I get home take it back using rotos steps 360, light 500 then 4000 and it has nowhere close to the same reaction. Not sure what the deal is on this. It was my favorite ball but now its like kicking a turd on a hot summer day.Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I ran into the same question, i have not had to resurface my rogue cell yet but i read here from a post saying that the rogue cell was box surfaced from 500 straight to 4000, since i know the day is coming to where i have to resurface my rogue so i already sent a question to roto grip regarding there out of box surface on the rogue, hopefully i will get a response soon and i will sure post it on here

When I do mine, I hit it good with a 360 abralon(cross hatch it), than a light
500. When I mean light, I start at the top run it down to the bowl, back to
the top, than back down to the bowl and back to the top. Not too fast, but not
too slow either. Thats as light as I hit mine, not much pressure. When i hit it
with 4000, its the same as I do with the 500, but with one more added pass.
