I know bowlingball.com has had "pro-cg" realms on the site for a while now. I do believe that they post that the ball is a "pro-cg" and offer a description of exactly what that is. If you bought one that was supposed to be a normal ball then I could see you being a bit angry.
Moreover, the ball isn't really all that difficult to drill. If you're a righty you could have the cg relatively close to your cog (probably like under your middle finger) to where you wouldn't need an extra hole, and the mass bias wouldn't be swung out all that far.
