Title: Rogue Cell Layout Question
Post by: flybub on September 28, 2009, 10:24:22 PM
Hey everyone.  New to the boards but not new to the game, there is some good knowledge floating around here.

I am laying out a Rogue Cell and I''m using the dual angle method for the first time.  I know I need a line from the pin through the PSA for an asymmetric core, but how is the PSA is depicted on the Rogue?  Can I take my line through the CG and still be ok?  A pro shop took the angle of the line from the Pin to CG and line from Pin to PAP on my buddies Rogue and I don''t think that is right. Thanks for any help.

NO! You must draw the line from the pin to the rg. the cg does nothing.

In a Asymetrical ball the only efect the cg has is in whether or not a weight hole is requiured to make it legal. Draw your line from the pin through the mass bias

I've had a lot of success with my Rogue's, after extensive experiments and have had more success with the RG/MB closer to thumbhole! #1 I used a 60deg x 4" x 30deg and really like the reaction. My favorite is a #2 65deg x 4" x 60deg cause it places the pin below my ring finger, the other places it above and to the right of ring finger. If my #1 Rogue goes to long, I switch to the #2 which starts earlier in the midlane!
