Roto fans: How would you rate the SD-73?
« on: March 31, 2008, 12:07:11 AM »
Hi!

I’ve never tried a Roto Grip before, and I just want to find out how you rate the SD-73.

Is it one of the all-time greats? (Like the Inforno/Danger Zone for Brunswick, Pro Purple for Lane 1, X-Factor for Storm etc)

If it’s one of the all-time greats, then I would like to get one (SD73 Classic) before it’s too late, just to see what the fuss of 0.075 Differential is all about!

Thanks.

ps, I’m not one who goes all ‘gaga’ about biggest-hook-in-a-box, I’m just a ball junkie.

It's one of my favorite Roto's ever. Mine never hooked a ton, it just has the perfect combination of a strong quick revving core with lengthy solid cover.
