Exactly! This is how our Distributors in Asia work. Change the color and send me another container. If they like a ball they continue to order many variations.

Back when we had the Oracles we did the Oracle Vision, Oracle Legend, & Oracle Wisdom. All 3 were the same ball and they were send to Asia every month for 3 months.

Sorry....but bowlers here are not any different. Some will ask questions and some will drool just because the color of the ball is different....and yes...there are those that will probably swear on some book that they'll throw the ball better just because it's the color they like. In the end, people will complain that the manufacturers are merely releasing the same ball over and over again. But people will still buy it!!

GSback - agreed.

Our procedure on international balls are no different from any other manufacturer. The Distribution of products are completely different from the states.

Hi Mustang,don't really understand, you mean the release of international is from another source and not control by Rotor Grip from the States ? And they can release any type of balls that they want ? Won't this type of action spoilt the good reputation of a Bowling company ? So maybe we should just stick to ball that are release in the states ?

I believe that Roger meant that the WAY of issuing and distributing balls overseas is different from the way it is in the states.

I mean, the same ball with two different colors (two releases) would never work in the states, right? But it's the way to do things in Asia.

It's still RG, it's the distributors and the customers that change.

I'm not sure I would agree with the issue of releasing a ball again with different colors in the States and people not buying it. I think you'd find plenty of people who would buy another Widow if the ball looked like the Hammer Psycho.

Same reason why us men still enjoy the XXX stuff when married or with GF.....we have to have that visual and it's gonna be different!!
