I called Roger yesterday due to my beloved 2 yr old Battle has finally cracked. I have had the Battle and 2 RSX's crack over the last year. Thinking it was maybe some thing I had done , I called Roger for advice. I guess I should not be surprised, he is replacing the ball with a current release!!!!
How many of the big companies would do this? Replace a high end 2 year old ball with a new current high end release? I will tell you , None!!!!
I just wanted to say thank you Roger, and Hank, not only for making a great product but for backing it up with service second to none!!!!
If anyone is on the fence about trying Roto Grip, I hope I can help make your decision easier. I have been throwing RG for about 4-5 years now and I would recommend them without a moments hesitation. Thanks again.

Lane 1 has done that for me.
I had an old cobalt pearl i was having problems with and Chuckie at Lane 1 replaced it with a Brand new Choice spec Supernova.
Just saying roto isn't the only one.
