My son, on THS, says this ball is just TO STRONG. He put 4000 abralon on it and it still out hooks the lane.

Anyone have any suggestions for him on THS?
Balls: Motiv Forza GT, Motiv Primal Rage Remix, Motiv Ascent Pearl and Motiv (On The Ball) spare ball.. All made in the USA.

Sure. Dont get one of, if not the strongest ball available in the market for a house shot.

Assuming he likes Roto Grip, you have to look further down the line.   As mentioned in the video, the Eternal Cell will be easier to throw on THS but it is still is a strong ball.
Next, I would look at the Hy-Wire.  I think this is a THS killer!  It has pretty easy length but a strong boomy backend so it will still cover lots of boards but you won't worry about super early hook like the strong pieces.  For me personally, my carry is great with this ball.  Just seems to perfectly match my rotation/tilt/speed with most THS lanes and the balls motion eerily well.  The Hy-Wire could be too much as well depending on how light the THS is.  Then you will start looking further downstream to the HP2 or HP1 lines.  I can't point out a specific ball as we haven't tested most of those but they will certainly be step downs.

He already has the other balls mentioned above so he does have a fall back.

Regarding polishing, I suggested that and he says that by doing that the No Rules would be too similar to another one of his balls. All his balls are Roto Grip.

I do agree that he shouldn't have bought this ball for THS.

There's nothing else to do then. It'll either sit until there's enough oil or he can try to force it to work which generally doesn't provide good results. The No Rules cover needs oil
